Refund policy
Returns are not acceptable for food and beverage products.
Refunds can be issued only if the customer receives a damaged product after we have checked with our shipping partner on the delivery condition. Please share a video of the product unboxing on receiving the order at our Customer Care number (+91 93218 71184) through Whatsapp or email at care@altways.co.in
Cancellation and Refund Policy
ALTWAYS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within four hours after placing the order. Even within that window, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the shipping partner and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- In case of receipt of damaged items, please report the same to our Customer Service team at care@altways.co.in within 24 hours of delivery. The refund request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end with the shipping partner.
- In case of any Returns, all refunds approved by ALTWAYS PRIVATE LIMITED will take 5-7 business days to be processed to the end customer in the original payment mode.
