I liked the flavour and there wasn't much of the usual beany taste, but I expected the pieces to be a little firmer. It works well for quick meals and sandwiches, just takes a little care while cooking. Overall, still a good tofu.

Storage:
Keep Refrigerated at or below 4°C. Do not freeze. Once opened, keep any unused tofu block submerged in water in a container and store in a refrigerator. Consume within 3-4 days.

Nice change from the usual masala flavours. Had it with roasted vegetables and sourdough and it made a really easy dinner.
I normally buy plain tofu but wanted to try something different. The flavour is quite mild and works well in wraps and salads. Also saves me the time of seasoning the tofu myself.
Made a sandwich with this, tomatoes, lettuce and hummus. Really liked it. The herb flavour is there but doesn't overpower everything else.
I wasn't sure about Italian-style tofu but it works really well. Pan fried it and added it to pasta with tomato sauce. The herbs went really nicely with it.
